By partnering with AFCI we hope that PBC will be an even more invaluable experience,? said PGA President Emeritus and PBC Event Co-Chair Marshall Herskovitz. ?We?re excited to build upon last year?s wildly successful program, and we believe our collaboration with AFCI will enhance learning opportunities and provide the increasingly important global perspective,? added PBC Event Co- Chair Gale Anne Hurd. Rachel Klein will also serve as co-chair of next year?s PBC event.
?The ability for producers and the industry to network with commissioners that are providing over $2.5 billion in annual funding around the world is a perfect synergy for the entertainment community,? said AFCI CEO Lawrence Brownell.
All profits from PBC are reinvested into Producer Guild member services, including education, industry promotion, production standards development, market research and legislative advocacy. To review last year?s event details and to receive 2011 updates, visit http://www.producedbyconference.com.
