Cooking with Cory

I am please to announce that one of the things I have been working on over this last year is almost a reality.

Cory Parsons, a quadriplegic here in Nanaimo, had a dream of having his own TV show. In going after this dream we ended up getting a cookbook deal for Cory which has been a great adventure. I have attached a sample of the cookbook cover in this email. I’m excited to announce that the book is due to be released October 26th. So this will be a great Christmas Present for everyone.

The book will be selling for $29.95 plus HST. You can find out all about Cory and his story, and try out the many recipes he has from his travels all over the globe. I have to say, the recipe’s are fantastic!!!
